We are delighted to look after your endocrine health. Our practice is dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based and compassionate care for people living with hormonal and metabolic conditions.

Whether you are attending for diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, reproductive or adrenal concerns, you can expect a personalised approach that focuses on understanding you as a whole person — not just your blood tests.

We aim to work collaboratively with you and your GP to create clear, practical treatment plans that support your long-term health, quality of life, and confidence in managing your condition.

Booking your first appointment

  • Please send a referral letter from your GP or other specialist to our rooms. You can send it to the team via email. Alternatively, your GP or specialist may prefer to send the referral to us directly

  • Our team will contact you as soon as possible to schedule your appointment, alternatively you are most welcome to call

What to bring to your first appointment

  • Please bring your referral letter and any relevant results if you haven’t had a chance to send it in prior to your visit

  • Your Medicare card and any concession cards

  • A list of your current medications

VicRoads Medical Assessment

Please ensure you bring:

  • A copy of your diabetic eye examination report (completed within the last 12 months), and

  • Your recent blood test results (taken within the last 3 months)

Having these available at your appointment helps avoid delays in completing your assessment and VicRoads paperwork.

Telehealth appointments

  • We use Doxy.me as our telehealth platform. It does not require you to create an account or download an app

  • Please ensure you have a functioning camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection

  • Please check in to the virtual waiting room 5 minutes before your appointment, at https://doxy.me/drritoochowdhury

Payment

Payment is taken on the day of your appointment.
 

If you have a valid referral & Medicare card, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of a portion of the fee.
 

After your consultation, you will be provided with an invoice. You will need to submit this invoice to Medicare (via the Medicare app or Services Australia) in order to claim the rebate. Click here for further details.
